Lending is prohibited if it leads to the consumer’s over-indebtedness (Art. 3 Federal Act against Unfair Competition, UWG).
Effective annual rate 4.95% to 9.95%, loan amount CHF 1,000 to 250,000, term 6 to 120 months. Arranging a loan is free of charge for you (Art. 35 KKG). You may withdraw from a loan contract within 14 days (Art. 16 KKG) and repay a loan early at any time (Art. 17 KKG).
